Return Process

  Log into your Techless account portal or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove your personal data and pack the Wisephone securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
